All Bespoke manufactures items to order, ensuring each product is made specifically for you. This policy outlines our production times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations for both Australian and International customers.

Production & Processing Times

Standard Items

  • Production time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
  • Processing includes: 3D printing, quality control, and packaging

Custom & Personalised Items

  • Production time: 5-7 business days from design approval
  • Processing includes: Custom design work, 3D printing, quality control, and packaging
  • Design approval required before production begins

Business Days

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT
  • Excludes: Weekends and Australian public holidays
  • Order cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day

Tracking Issues

If you experience tracking issues:

  1. Wait 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update
  2. Check with neighbors or building reception
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days

Delivery Requirements

Successful Delivery

  • Safe drop available for standard items (Australia only)
  • Delivery attempts: Usually 2-3 attempts before return to depot

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Contact us within 7 days if package doesn't arrive by expected date
